Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you full command over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email box in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one email mailbox to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your email accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just select the e-mailbox you would like to redirect mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
